Tax Benefits
Law 60-2019 (Act 60)
Under Law 60-2019, qualified donors can contribute up to $10,000 to non-profit organizations listed in the Catalog of Charitable Facilitating Entities (CECFL) and receive significant tax benefits.
Option A
Full Donation
$10,000
Complete direct contribution to CDEAPR. The full amount goes to support the Public Alliance Schools and their educational programs.
Option B
Split Donation
$5,000 + $5,000
Split your contribution between CDEAPR and another qualified CECFL organization, maximizing the impact of your donation.
